Refunds & Returns

At Clover Created Curios, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. 

Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. If we shipped the wrong product or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt. 

  • Custom embroidered items 

  • Gift cards 

  • Made to Order items, including custom ceramics and furniture. 

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

  • Used or soiled items

  • For Hygiene purposes Cosmetics & Food items are ineligible for returns.

Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable 

Refunds will be processed upon return of items through mail.

You provide certain information to Clover Created Curios directly when you sign up for an Clover Created Curios account or otherwise use the Services.

You can purchase items on Clover Created Curios without an account through our ‘Guest Checkout’ feature. We need certain information about you to facilitate your purchase and complete the transaction.

Sustainability

We strive to provide ecological & Socially sustainable products by working with small brands who also put sustainability on the forefront of their business models.

Amongst our In-house Brand, you will find that we use fully recyclable packaging and utilize alternative materials such as hemp blend paper which is made from a blend of fibers: 30% hemp, 30% post-consumer recycled paper and 40% responsibly forested paper.
